Gluten Free Flour
Gluten-free flour is usually made with different flours mixed together. We may therefore get very different results in the kitchen depending on the mix we use.
I tend to use plain white flour from the brand “freee”, as it is readily available in grocery shops where I live. If this is not available to you, try to find a mix that contains rice, potato and corn flour. Alternatively, I found that the following home-made mix works very well:
- 50% rice flour
- 25% potato flour
- 25% corn flour
